I want to inspire you! (A Message From Mark Kruger)

In August, 2007 my brother Jay and I were walking with our daughters out of Fenway Park. We were approached by casting associates from NBC’s "The Biggest Loser." They informed us that we would be perfect for season five of the show. At first, we were both defensive in our response, but after going home and looking at myself in the mirror, I realized that my life needed to change.

At that time I weighed 285 pounds. My cholesterol was 258 points. I had a fatty liver and was pre-diabetic. I also had a body fat percentage of 38 percent. With all of that I did not think I was out of shape or over weight until someone pointed it out to me and my brother.

I finished the show as a finalist losing 129 pounds. Currently I weigh 185 pounds, my cholesterol is 144 points, I have only 11 percent body fat and my liver has returned to normal functions and no signs of diabetes.

I currently run between 50 to 55 miles a week and do resistance training four days a week. I always set new goals for myself and challenge myself everyday. This helps me to keep up my new level of fitness and helps me achieve other goals including family and business.

Not everyone can do what I did in that short period of time or have the opportunity to go on a reality show to lose weight, but I can show you the tools and inspire you to take action in your own life. Whether you want to lose weight, achieve goals you never though you could, or create a business breakthrough, I can help you do that.

Contact me today to find out how I can speak to your group, company or special event and inspire you to take action, take charge of your life and start living a life you can be proud of.
