  • When changing your lifestyle, you need to change what you eat. Look for alternatives. Every unhealthy food has a healthy option.
  • Go out of your way to stay active. Even little things, like standing at your desk for periods of time, will help you burn more calories. Park further away from your destination, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
  • Take away the excuses. Make the time to take care of you!
